What would cause 2019 mustang not to read correct E85 % correct

Car was running perfect racing with 85% E. And hp tuners updated scanner and now
It reads lower % of E -then whats in car , no tuning changes were made .
Tested fuel full E85 in tank - But reads diff % did KAm reset. And re flashed tune
No fix yet
