2013 Maverick W/O DPS stock file

Need a stock file for 2013 Maverick operating system 7E5130TC5RHS4. It pulls the vehicle year and the vin but when I click "online" a pop up box states you need internet for this connection so I click OK with good internet and nothing happens? Is this the point where the stock file should just download but its just not available or in the system yet?

Does anyone from HPTuners monitor this forum? 3 weeks with no feedback on a basic functionality issue and still nothing? Anyone have a similar issue that's been resolved or have a copy of a stock file I can explore until I get the one for my machine I can actually work with?
