Just purchased additional universal credits for my 09 Audi A4 I was registering with HPtuners. I went according to your supported vehicles guide and bought 6 credits....but when I registered the car it says only 2 were required. Not sure why this is listed incorrectly on the site but I contacted support about refunding the other 200 dollars worth of credits, has anyone encountered this before?
can't say I've encountered our product discounting how much you pay. In any event I've responded to your ticket.
Hey Bill, gonna send you the info log file shortly. Under the VCM suite info it says VAG MED17.1 B for controller and says (2) with 4 credits available.
Hey bill, send the info log over but havent heard anything back on this, and you guys are still showing 6 credits needed on your supported vehicles page even though you are only asking for 2.
