throttle doesn't open all the way

I have 16 ats 2.0 turbo, the throttle doesn't open all the way, I'll post a file and hopefully someone will look at it. thanks

You're exceeding a torque limit somewhere. A scan showing throttle closing would be helpful.

I have a similar issue with a Cruze 1.8 turbo, did you manage to resolve this?
