1999 Plymouth Prowler - unable to detect vehicles diagnostic protocol.

I'm running HP tuners VCM scanner 4.0.12. Cant connect to a 100% stock all original 1999 Plymouth Prowler.
Can scan or log anything. Trying to see why the car occasionally stalls.

Any ideas?

Update your software, 4.0 doesn't support older dodge. Only 4.5 beta can support them.
