HPT file not able to be viewed/opened/edited for remote tuning

Hello guys,
New to the tuning world and just installed a Whipple on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. Attached is the calibration file supplied by Whipple that I wrote to my ECU, but my remote tuner (very respectable in the community) is having difficulties opening the file. All Ive done to the file is license it with credits (using latest beta version downloaded 2 days ago) and write the file to my vehicle.
Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

opens fine for me using a pretty new beta.
