rysync failed trust failure

okay having the above message every time I try to resync my interface. tried redownloading the latest vcm suite and also downloaded the drivers. not sure what the issue is but I cannot add credits or even read certain tune files now. please help

yup just tried my MPVI1 and MPVI2 both are doing the same thing

Can you all read vehicles? Or see previous tune files?

yes but not files that need to be read through the server before opening. also cannot update credits added to an mpvi2 unless it can connect with the server

Trust failure, unable to resync for credits, on the dyno and can't write

same here. I can read the file off of my truck but can not sync to get new credits. Can anyone get ahold of HPT help?
