WOT settings - Question

I have a question about the WOT settings on my turbo GT350. If I move the Pedal Pos WOT START down from the stock setting of 90 to say 62 for example, will this drive the throttle full open above 62? In my case it seems to be doing that but I am not 100% sure it does it every time. The car is much happier on the shifts with a lower WOT START setting but it also very aggressive above that throttle setting and I don't really want a fully throttle at such a low pedal setting.

Yes it will be fully opened from 62 beyond
