Shift Scheduling -> Part Thrtottle-> Normal -> (Shift Speed vs TPS vs Shift)

Where does the MPH get calculated from/referenced from with this table? I suspect I have a scaling issue somewhere.

The vehicle speed reports correctly when compared to a gps unit I have in the car. So my vehicle speed pid is pretty much dead on. I used the hptuners tire calculator (tire size + axle). But it caused some values to be way off, so I corrected the trans revolutions per mile. Which fixed my vehicle issue perfectly. The Vehicle PID is correct, and has been verified via gps

But I am thinking the table Shift Speed vs TPS vs Shift is using a different value than the calculated PID - what value does it use, and should I scale the whole table?
