2014 JK 3.6L AUto, CAT delete changes

Hello guys,

Need your inputs on effects of removing CATs
After one side was ceramic break I removed both of them.

Now Jeep mileage dropped down, and I alwayes read that when you remove cats you can get more power

I'm new to HP and not sure where to change settings to get benefits from removing CATs

engine diagnostic>DTC> p0420,p0430 = REMOVE SIGN FOR SES and MIL

if you want delete every thing related to cats

engine>fuel>oxygen sensors>
-downstream s2b1 and s2b2= disable
-ECT Rear =180c or 360F

also you can delete temperature protection for cats
engine>fuel>Temperature control
-target cat temp,target cat temp misfire and target exh temp = give it high number temperature like 1600c
-FA enrich max = zero out table
this will give you constant Enrichment AFR at WOT with no adder for protection Cats





*note that if you remove or delete rear o2 (downstream)
will give you check engine light after flashing ecu or removing battery terminal
for couple minutes with no codes and it will turn off after minutes.
u can also remove all DTC for O2 sensor (2) for both banks

I have done as mentioned above already except for disable the downstream sensors, any benefit from disabling them now ?

also i didn't disable the DTC, so far the jeep has no cats for few month without any check engine light.

if your car stock file with deleted cats it should give you code p0420,p0430.
no point for deleting rear o2, but i saw alot of tuned dodge files with deleted cats the always rise

so, the upstream o2 only control closed loop.

yeah its stock so far, i was also expecting a code from cats but nothing came up
i just broke out all ceramic inside them didn't remove and weld straight pipe, shouldn't matter i guess ?

straight pipe or off-road pipe is better than gutted cats

Im very new to the HP tuners world. I have a 2014 JK that had a very old superchips tune installed.
Superchips flashpaq v1. Hasnt been supported since
2016. When I tried to dump my factory tune back in from my superchips my superchips tuner crapped out.
Does anybody have a stock or working tune they would be able to share? My goal was to delete my cats also and build a custom stainless exhaust.
