whats the proper drive cycle procedure ?

this is specifically for the lnf motor and pcm. i am having a hard time getting my emission readiness to be complete. i only have the o2 sensor as complete and the rest incomplete. my car is tuned but i did not touch any of the dtc tables and left the cat enabled under the engine section. last year i was able to get all of the readiness to read complete was to flash my stock tune back in and drove around and they all set complete within a reasonable time and mileage. is there something in the pcm that if there's a change to anything that it won't allow the emission readiness to properly complete the drive cycle by chance?

i've done whahts in this thread at post #17 a few times now and to no avail whereas last year i was able to do it in 2 attempts.
