2008 Z06 Stumble on Start Up

Car is a 2008 Z06 with the following mods: rebuild engine, camshaft (unsure of specs), stock exhaust (including manifolds). The car runs and drives well but has the dreaded Z06 hot start stumble and run on at shut down. I have adjusted the VVE table a few times, adjusted idle airflow, adjusted cranking air and fuel, and things have gotten better, but it still stumbles on start up. I have noticed in the logs that the injector PW seems to jump immediately after it fires before it settles down to idle. Is there any way to fix this?
