Gear/Tire adjustment issues

Ive been working on a friends 12 ram 1500. Has a 5.7 with tsp stage 3 cam, and dome forged pistons in it (12.0:1 compression). I finally had the fueling dialed in for the most part, and was getting ready to start throwing some timing at it. Before I did this I decided to change the tire size because he has 35's and the speedo was off. After doing the tire change I was told the cal was successful, and I needed to do a trans re-lean. I am unable to find where to start this re-lean. Now the truck has abs, traction control, and service 4wd light on. I would like to get this resolved before I start adding timing, and hopefully hp :cool: otherwise im afraid ill damage the trans. I have submitted a ticket, but was hoping someone may have a simple solution.
