hptuner support team?

does hp tuners have support staff? I'm a cobb protuner looking to expand to other ecoboost platforms and wanted to verify support and get setup on hptuners, but the lack of being able to reach anyone is concerning.

I opened a sales ticket in your kayako support suite and got no response after a week, I then opened another and still no response. When I click the ticket it says "please login", but there is no login mechanism available and still nothing via email.

Is this normal?
