Cannot login to My Account

When I bought HP Tuners Software, I saved the login and it's always worked.

I just put in my account number and password and I can login to my account.

Now it says my login info is not recognized, so does this mean I have to pay another $500 some odd dollars to buy HP Tuners all over again???

Any ideas on what to do would be appreciated

I am having this same issue. It does not recognize my name. I reregistered and it says device is owned by someone else.
