Is your tune remote, street, or dyno?
If anyone is going to really help you they will need a complete build list. Without it all just guessing.
I totally understand. I have street tuned mine and will get it on the dyno someday. Have a MPS pulley system and cooling mods to go in but need injectors so waiting on that day... Wife is NOT mod friendly...
I run a blended tune and am working on some fueling issues with transitions at part throttle.
No mods. You cannot just say 1150 injectors. Means nothing. Your whole tune changes with these. Like saying changed cam. Means nothing. Not picking on you just trying to get you the right help.
Here is an example. These cams require different tunes and have different results. I have ran all of them in my ZL1. Injectors are the same. Looked at yours. Was trying to make sure that the cal was correct for what you bought.

Did you get a spec sheet with the injectors? And who did the rework on them?
Oh great...
Yeah, I'd say get a good set of injectors in there with known data, and you should be able to get it driving the way you want it. With the rest of your mods, there is no reason it shouldn't drive perfectly with VVE, MAF, O2 sensor, flex fuel data, and all injector data (including tip temp) being correct.
Probably possible to get it right with the current injectors but without sending them to get flowed and characterized it is a guessing game in my opinion. Plus, if the set isn't matched, there's nothing much you can do about it.
This is just my opinion, of course. Someone more experienced should chime in before you take my advice as the final answer.
My only point is they aren't necessarily characterized anymore, unless you are saying all other 850 data will be the same except flow rate.
No idea if anything changed but it probably did. Surprised they didn't come with specs from the shop that did them.
Injector data is everything to getting your car to run consistently. Changes in voltage, pulse duration, min pulse and pressure all are variables that cannot be guessed. They have to be known to get the car to be predictable. I have used both FIC and ID. Injector data on either is accurate. Computers (ECM) are shit multipliers. Little in equals a lot out. Same is true of all the other items varied from stock. Always know the details of the changes.
The other thing to remember on VVE. It is not SD or VE. What your see is a visual representation of the results of a formula. It has infinite salability within each zone. Zone edges are almost impossible to get perfect and variations between cells cannot be as dramatic as true cell based tables. It is meant as MAF smoother with predictive values on lower ranges and backup to MAF failure. To use it for more than that is asking for trouble.
