NGauge logging wont recognize channels in graphs in vcm scanner

Hello I am having a issue with a log pulled from NGauge on a 2016 F-350 6.2L copperhead 2048 k
I open the log in VCM Scanner 4.4.4 and it populates the channels and I can see that most the channels have live readings but gauges and graphs wont let me use any of the channels to monitor in the graph or gauges. and if I click on
"Show only parameters backed by channels" It shows not many options
Not sure if I am doing something wrong or if there is a support issue with NGauge logs and VCM Scanner
Any ideas what I may be doing wrong?
I also converted the NGauge .csv log to VCM Suite .hpt both files are here
