Can't open VCM edit or Scanner after updating

Eve thing worked fine till I upgraded to VCM suit to latest version then can't open both programs , tried uninstalling and reinstalling but didn't work either

Go to the hp tuners website download area and download drivers.

4.9.427 is the newest beta, you appear to be running 4.9.135 which is about 300 versions old, definitely not the newest update. Try installing the newest update to see if that fixes it, if not please open a support ticket for further assistance.
