Big turbo Fusion going lean for no reason?

I have tried everything and its racking my brain.
At this point im willing to pay someone to help.
Setup is a 2.0 EB with a GTX2867R gen 2 on 0% wgdc 18psi
Is running 1000cc single port of 100% methanol on a progressive controller.
We are commanding 0.69-0.80 in wot enrichment
For whatever reason in 4th in 5th gear the pcm will randomly target stoich 1.00 around 5,000rpm and then will stft out 28% fuel.
Replaced hpfp and cam bucket 40k miles ago (frp is around 2200-3000psi), lpfp has 82k and is only commanding 35%dc, injectors probably need to be cleaned but ive also put in dw1700cc injectors had the same issues at wot(which had a bank 2 and bank 3 open circuit code so dw sent me a rma), both upper and lower fuel pressure sensors have been replace.
I deleted the evap setup to have more room but left the purge valve to vent (not sure if that would be the problem)
Also we are targeting 3.00 load but I don't think the car has seen over 2.55 load, still not sure if that would be the issue.
Doesnt appear to be hitting any limits.
When doing a read for codes it says fuel system incomplete.
I will attach recent tune file and logs. (Some channels wont work if you arent using beta)

Looks like Turbo FMEM causing it. I would review all your turbo limit parameters and go from there. Unless I missed it, I didn't see any airmass channels logged so I couldn't tell you exactly what it is.

I have a bunch of logs without turbo fmem limit and it still does it.
