filter gps data

Is it possible to add a filter or how to make the clocks not tick every moment that the GPS records? "slow down" the displayed data so it's not crazy looking at clocks. I have problems with a variometer and the g's measurements, which is crazy to see with data from a gopro hero 11, with a hero 9 it worked well for me... I don't really understand why this happens...
I seemed to remember that there was a button for this in the clock edition, but either it's not there or I don't see it.
