Need help with equipment!

Hello everyone, i spent almost 2-3 weeks learning and reading the maps. My main goal is only to do pop and bang tuning, after long time choosing i decided to go full on with HP tuners, i just need to know what the best ''starter'' kit is for pops and bangs. Do i need to need to buy the mpvi3? Where do i get the HP tuners software? I am from Holland and tried to do a bit of research my own but i dont wanna end up buying stuff i dont need or buying stuff and then realising i need more to start with.
