Commit failed MPVI2

Anyone ever get a Commit failed using a MPVI2???
I seen this issue with the MPVi1 if the license slots were maxed out (been there done that)

Surely I haven?t filled up my MPVI2?. I?ve heard it can handle over 6k licenses

Emailed support and getting no where they asked if the tune was locked?. Naturally that?s not the case in this situation and has happened on 5 vehicles at this point?

Bill or anyone can you help me here, losing money daily right now.
I have sent video, Dat file, info log to support (Pete)

I should also note, my MPVI2 worked great other then the FORD chip malfunctioned, sent it in and HP Tuners paid for shipping and fixed it for free, giving me a brand new MPVI2 and transferred my licenses. Problem is since I revived it back I’m not about to write any new tunes, I’m speculating it’s something with the MPVI2.. just waiting to hear back.

In speaking with our hardware designer he believes its due to you using old software, try updating to 4.10 or 4.11 and this should fix the issue. I'll send you an email with this information as well.

Downloaded newest Beta!! Works like a Champ. Anyone get this with a MPVI2 just download newest software

Hello, new here. Just received my MPVI2 with 4 credits from Summit Racing. Very first vehicle(today) I tried to license and get this commit failed, as Ben got.

My question for Ben, Have you had any trouble since you downloaded the BETA version?

And my question to Bill, my support ticket number is 27219, just submitted. Would you think I need to do the same as Ben, or is it possible I could have a different issue and have you heard of any issues with the BETA version?
