I have a 2005 Silverado 1500 just put new springs and a stage 2 btr cam and was wondering what the best tune is?

You have to create it yourself.

Adjust the calibration to the engines needs. There will be no grab and go tune for what you are doing. It's going to take many hours/days worth of tuning to get it all corrected. You will require a wideband for tuning this truck.
