Dell XPS with USB-C?

I'm looking for a new tuning / travel laptop and I really like the new Dell XPS 13 models. My only concern is they use USB-C only, I suppose I could get a USB-C to USB-B cable, or it does come with an adapter. Is anyone using the newer (9370 / 9380) models of this laptop for tuning?

The MPVI2 has a USB-C connector, so that shouldn't be an issue
