Is there anyway to control or disable anticipated shifts in the ZF8?
what are you referring to? anticipating shifts?
Unfortunately it is not possible to deactivate them with HP Tuners (only with INCA - but, it would required an .a2l and project - only ZF or Dodge would have them). So, the only way would be to work on your current shifts.Quote:

It is a pre-selection based on driving mode which is made/predicted by transmission to have a better/faster shift.Quote:

drive mode, counters, and accel factors all determine these
At the track my 1-2 shift is at 5400 or so. I guess this is due to spin? This does not happen on the street. It shifts at 6500 on the street.Quote:

Depending on the tc also if it kicks on it has a shift map for when it is active just a heads up. On the boosted os stuff I have it shift early with traction control. I think stock it shift early but you can have it shift like the others but with the extra power its nice like in the rain and such if you don't want to tame the foot. shift map 26 on some of the few os I just glanced at. Its actually mapped like a street shift map so I tend to pull 1 to 2k engine rpm out up top and tapper down.
