Upshift tuning question

2009 CTS V. A6. During a full throttle pass if the car is moving around too much or the tires are spinning and Im trying to regain traction by easing off the throttle the transmission will upshift when I back off the throttle and then bog into the next gear when I get back on the throttle. Is there a way to tune the trans so it will allow me to lift without it upshifting into the next gear?

this is the way the Software works....
use paddles or use esp/tcs values

Shift time is waaaaaay too slow when using the paddles and I turn off all TC when racing.
