TCC lockup vs ECT/IAT on 3.8L cars?

This is for a L67 car, 2002 GTP specifically.

Does anyone know how to change this? My MPG has taken a dump in the colder months - it seems like anything 32 or colder read by the IAT will cause the TCC lockup to occur at trans temp of 93* instead of 70* like normal. I'd rather be cold in the car than have it kill my MPG, thanks GM! :p

I've not seen a table in HPT for this. I do have a bin file for this osid so I could modify the hex value if someone knows where it is. I've spent the better part of two days trying to locate it but haven't found anything... maybe it's baked into the os? I know the OBD1 cars had it back in the day..
