I have licensed a 99 park ave pcm and have had no success in deleting VATS, I have set codes 1626 1629 1630 1631 to no error reported and have tried VATS in PWM and serial with no results, I have read a few different places that if I re-write it as a 99 Grand Prix GTP it will run, if so, do I have to license 2 files? I am somewhat new to this but that seems unreasonable.
Am I missing something?
