Throttle response hesitation (Blade not keeping up with pedal)

My Charger has an issue that my tuner cannot even figure out.

Since supercharging I been noticing a hesitation when accelerating.

My tuner was showing me are 2 lines in HP tuners on his graph.
1 for pedal percentage and other for throttle body blade open percentage. (best I can explain it)

He says the pedal is going to 100percent and the blade isn't keeping up.
It's not even close. and he believes it is causing hesitation.

No codes or check engine light on.

This isn't hesitation that a pedal commander would fix.

I can floor my car and it takes too long to respond and open up.


Any tips or suggestions to help me figure this out?

He has tried everything he knows thus far. And he is one of the best tuners around me.
But I am leaving his name and business out of it.
