Does one table change others?

I am trying to modify the table labeled " VCT Spark", but when I save the file, other tables are changed as well. Is this normal? I installed a cam phasor in my L83 because I deleted AFM. I found a tuner that I could send my file to and they modified it to acomadate the phasor, and now I have a different tune I want to try but I need to duplicate the mod for the phasor into this new tune. I don't want to bother the tuner that helped me, so i'm asking for assistance to help me understand these table modifications.

maybe they changed some axis?
Without tunes for us to compare its only a guess.
