I am having troubles reading a 2017 Silverado, when I connect and click read it will look at the engine ECM for about one second then flash failed I havn't tried to read the TCM just the ECM. Can someone point me in a new direction I am out of ideas. Thanks
How new is the version you are running?
4.4+?
Are you connected to the internet while reading?
Version 4.4.4 and no internet connection while connected to the vehicle
I found the answer looks like ill I'll need to be connected to the internet I will give this a try thanks
