Very solid engine, it's exactly why they ran that same design from 2007.5 all the way to 2019 with very few changes over that span.
The transmissions are very solid as well, just keep up with fluid changes. Every 50-75k miles for a drain/fill and not the 100k miles like GM suggests. Fluid is cheap, a new transmission is not.
Past that it's still a GM truck, so normal GM wear items tend to apply but you shouldn't have any real worries for a long time with that low of miles. Being a 3500 it may ride pretty rough if you have the tire pressures way up there when it's not loaded. And don't expect much more than 15-16mpg on the freeway empty at the speed limit and 11-13 around town with 8-9mpg towing.
