Well I can attest after today that the larger 108mm TB needed a lot smaller numbers than my Fastman 84+4 TB.
Chasing a high idle, added to TB airflow, got worse, decreased numbers a lot and got my idle and little quicker TB response.

Make sure to map it out against actual airflow otherwise you can cause other problems... Just try to keep it slightly above actual averaged for that voltage setting.
You lost me there, cause I'm just winging it with trial and error.
I'm not a good tuner, been getting by on luck.
Which leads me to. Is Demon Performance a good shop for tuning??
cause this build needs a good tuner and dyno.

FWIW I never heard anything bad about them......... But OST (https://ostdyno.com/) has been the go to for 90% of the people I know with Boosted G3's
Read their in house dyno contract. Something ya need a lawyer to go over. You have a loose bolt here, unsafe for tuning, cnx and we keep your $250.00.
Guessing they've had some bad stuff come thru there and needed to put that in or they're just not interested in tuning other peoples work, since they are so busy with there own.
Any case, not a shop for me.
Hello everyone,
I noticed after installing bigger TB, AFR is becoming more rich for part throttle
It used to be very close 14.7 most of time, now it's around 14.0
I only adjusted the TB 3 tables, am I missing something ?
Stock motor 6.4L with 95mm TB, I have AEM wideband gauge showing AFR all time
