2006 Impala (want to swap in l67 or l32)

Hi there. I have acquired an 06 impala LT with the 3500vvt motor. My other car is an 02 regal GS that is my toy. With the regal having rust issues i would like to swap that into my impala. I do understand the transmissions are different electrical wise. Upon looking in the impala HPT file i do see a DOD table and supercharger table. But obviously it has neither. My thoughts were to find a junkyard 04-07 gtp and take the entire drivetrain with harness and pcm/tcm and put it in the impala. The reason i say that is that the 02 to 06 is an entire different can bus as the 06 has a separate pcm and tcm. Has anyone done something like this? Also is there a way to just select that the car is now supercharged and possibly wire in my 02 harness and have the impala transmission built?
