Vt 2016 duel clutch problems with tune.

So recently I was out on a dyno made some good gains but for some reason (and I just learning so any knowledge is good) it?s been acting weird, first it doesn?t really have a normal cold start it actually starts low and slowly goes to a higher idle and then I have to turn it off and back on the have any power at the pedal, and then it seems like it?s having trouble getting into the next gear it gets there but slowly but when it gets warm after driving for about 30 minutes it seems to do a little better, and then 😵 it?s idle goes up and down when stopped or in park. Please if someone cam please help me out.
