License activation error, sent email no respond!

I would need to activate the software on a new laptop, but get an error message -1020. I have sent email to '[email protected]' and also tried contacting through the contact formula, but no response. Is there anybody here in the forum that could help from HP staff?

I have the original key, i also have only one computer licensed with this key so i should be able to activate the new laptop wo problem. I originally purchased the ultimate in the orignal racerender 2, but later paid the upgrade fee to racerender 3.
