installed tune and instrument cluster dissappeared

anyone have this happen .. one problem after another... unlock timeout bootloader on install of new tune(major problem i see with hp..get yourself a bench tester)... took ecm out with standalone bench installed new tune no problem .. ran tune pulled a few more codes ... fixed dtcs on engine diag and installed new tune inside truck and it worked the first time..... changed the tune and went to write again and bootloader timeout.... removed ecm put it on the bench and it wrote just fine .. installed back in vehicle and my instrument cluster is completely gone
