New computer doesn't interface with MVPI PRO

I just bought a new laptop with windows 11. I downloaded the latest VCM Suite and drivers but when i try to resync the interface nothing happens. The computer sounds that it knows the cable is plugged in but thats it.

Works fine on my old dying HP laptop with windows 10.

Any suggestions?

MPVI1 devices are not compatible with windows 11 and likely never will. We would recommend upgrading to MPVI2 if you insist on keeping your windows 11 laptop.

I have a new laptop and can't get MPVI2+ to sync.

My old MPVI1 PRO does

They both work on my old laptop.
