HPtuner logs on Lt4

I have acquired the Series 2 unit to begin the work to get the LT4 set up for e85 and other modifications. I will leave the tuning to professionals who are experienced with the DI and torque management - but while logging I see some interesting items related to what seems like massive amounts of misfires.

These are not loaded misfires. They are after release of the throttle. And they are separate from knocks.

As a baseline, I have replaced the plugs and wires but not the coils.

If someone can see something as the trigger in the logs that I cannot see, please advise. Much appreciated.
