Heat in #8 . The cooling passage is a dead end at #8 . When it heats up it will misfire and knock and then bust a ring land
Leaning out in #8 is the usual cause for an engine rebuild . Activate individual cylinder knock and richen #8
If your high idle is fine it’s probably your “minimum injector pulse”.
You don’t need bigger injectors on 93 . You can buy a new gt350 manifold for 450 and keep the IMRC in use GR3Z-9424-C

Posted will work , pump e85 is fine . I would save the VP for an e85 only map where you can smash in all the timing from low rpm
