but like i said the tune overview shows it still 5.3 . will that matter at all on it starting , running , and working fine?

im just trying to keep vin the same, and need the programming for a 4.8 4l80e.

tune is a 4.8
vin is 5.3
because of the vin the tune overview shows 5.3
will that matter?
or will it work just fine?

just papers it will still show same vin
they dont care about the rest.

will the tune being a 4.8 4l80 and vin being a 5.3 4l60 work? or will something not work or will it act up or something?

OK, This might be a really dumb question , but couldnt find it in the forums, and dont know what the proper response is.

So i have a 2004 tahoe that origally came with 5.3 - 4l603 trans

figured it out, must have been something that happend during flash, loaded same tune to the other ecm and worked fine.

We did just try it with a random ecm that was just a vats deleted ecm laying around , and its all stock so cant use for long, but just seeing if it was on motor or in tune , and the stock ecm revs...

valley cover was also replaced with ict billet new gasket and bolts

yeah it clicked loud when it got plugged in almost like a pop , and now it just says no power detected no matter what.

having trouble with his mpvi2 , think it got shorted out off a ebay bench harness. was hoping it was something that could be found just by looking, maybe not tho. what are some flaws you see?...

it does it in any gear, even while driving it hangs, and in neutral and park also. dont matter if you raise rpm to 2k or 3k or 4k it hangs for a couple seconds and drops slowly

I have a e38 / t42 file that was read together at same time so it put it in one file. And wondering if its possible to get just the trans / t42 file just by itself from the file???? I know you can...

i was assuming all the l4big ecms had the same pinout . but its 2002 chevy s10 2.2 engine

I am hoping someone can help, im looking for pin outs for l4big ecm from s10. im trying to make a bench harness and the p01 / p59 must have different pin outs because that bench harness is not...

i know this is like 7 years ago, but kind of looking for same thing....im hoping to find the pin outs for a l4big ecm cause trying to do a bench harness, but the p01 and p59 must not be same pins...

its a non electronic trans , was just loading from one that also had non electronic, can control it at all so figured that didnt matter?

would trans settings have anything to do with falling on its face when you try to rev it. or would swapping from truck maf to ls1 maf make it do that? or any idea what im missing?

would anything on trans side stop it from wanting to rev?
