My issue with using the laptop for tuning is where I live the distracted driving laws are insane.

If I am pulled over with a laptop screen...

Just went for a short drive to try the latest version of HP Tuners on my 2011 gmc sierra.....

Only the main spark and retard histo's are being populated.

The others all say "unsupported...

Do a search for Russ K's idle air config file.

I am running the Ford red tops in my H/C '98 Corvette.

I recently used the values found in Greg Banishes DVD to change the flow rate vs KPA, short pulse limit ,short pulse adder and min. pulse...

I went through my AV and started dis-abling components one at a time and found one that was conflicting with HP tuners.

"Code injection performance",prevents programs from gaining acess to system...

I un installed then re-installed hptuners and it worked....for a bit.

After I closed the editor it won't re open.

I have the right drivers installed,so I don't think that is the issue.

Every time I go to start the editor or scanner I get the message:

Editor has stopped working and needs to close.
...

I can't get the editor or scanner to work.

I down loaded the lateset version from the HP tuners website.

I tried running in compatability mode (xp service pack 2) and it doesn't work.

Whice...

I am chasing an engine vibration and could use some help interpreting my scan.

I don't have any codes or hesitation or drivability issues

Any help would be appreciated.

Here is log from yesterday.....

I am still tweaking the MAF curve @ the higher frequencies.

Fuel trims look good but around frame 600 my comm. AFR is 12.19 for some reason.

Is this due to...

That log was just cruising....but my AFR seemed to be a little more stable/closer.

My Maf % error is pretty much 1's across the board (except @ idle)

It is "not perfect" as advertised... but it is close

I tuned my car myself (VE and Maf in SD) and had...

I bought one of those E-mail tunes where you send logs back and forth and the guy tweaks the tune "until it is perfect"

I sent my list of mods (TR 224,LS6 intake,Dart 205's,Dynatech L.T's,ASP 25%...

I want to begin ve tuning but none of the Vcm controls are working.....the tabs are greyed out and don't respond when I try to hit them.

The cable is connected,I can scan/log/write to the vcm but...

My dell had a crappy USB port.

I had it re-soldered and it still doesn't work right.

I got a card bus adapter with 2 usb ports and plugged it into my laptop and it works great

I tried that also....no difference.
