Looks like it's in ms.
Tables are under transport delay and o2 bank 1 airflow delay and o2 bank 2 airflow delay.
You are meaning the speed it switches rich to lean? Hope I'm understanding correctly..
That's the main part I'm worried about. I have no clue how to determine if/when I need to make a change here. Everything else I can take care of with it. Rear o2's are already taken care of tuned...
O2 transport delay /airflow delay tables. Bank 1 and bank 2. In vcm editor. I have read as much as I can but not much information on it.
Long tube headers will move the front o2 sensors back...
Getting ready to put on the longtube headers on the ram and I've been searching around for information about the o2 transport delay tables. Can't seem to find specific on how to determine changes...
No problem. They got it done in a few days for me. Good luck!
Try the beta editor. I put in a request to add the tables for my 2013 and they added it to the beta for me. If you don't see it submit a request and I'm sure they can add it for you.
It's not on the...
I'm fairly certain the narrow band o2 sensor uses a 0-1v signal. I don't know which cars use a wideband but fairly certain trucks use narrow band.
Please correct me if I'm wrong but a narrow band...
I agree, there is a ton useful information here also.
I feel like no matter what stoich is set to, on narrow band vehicles, it's going to trim to 14.7 with gas. I can and have been wrong many times....
So if I understand correctly it would still try to get back to the same narrow band voltage (14.7), if I change it. Essentially only affect wot and I would retune my ve and pe tables etc and end up...
I was planning on changing over to lambda on everything. I just need to remember the readings..
And switching to lambda makes me a bit more confused about all of this. Lol.
Understand, but where I get lost is what would change if I set stoich to 0700 from 0688? My wideband is reading in afr so 14.7, will it still read around that? If so then I'm still confused as to...
Understand that. I was referring to the post where he said he sets up forged eagle head engines at 0700 stoich. Mine currently is at the stock 0688 which comes to 14.53.
Like I mentioned before, I...
Totally makes sense to me. Just one thing I don't quite understand.. I was under the impression that during part throttle, changing stoich wouldnt affect anything due to it still targets 14.7 due to...
If you don't mind me asking, why set a QC 4x4 at 0714? I left mine at stock stoich. And mine is forged. Would I benefit from changing that?
Also I have read that changing stoich doesn't make a...
I saw that on the 2500 6.4 tune I have and that's what prompted my initial post. I have a couple ram 1500 5.7 tunes along with mine and they were set to enable at 1800 and disable at 3400. It was...
Send me a message with your email and I can email it to you if you can't get it.
I cant remember where I got it but here you go. First time uploading a file. hopefully it worked.
I may have one for a 2014 ram 2500 6.4. Will that year work?
Tons of useful information! I really appreciate that!
For me it feels about the same setting the srv at 4800-5200. Definitely smoother pulling than the factory set point. I feel like I'm missing...
I'll just do seat of the pants feel lol. May not be the best or perfect but it's a daily driver and some towing. Probably won't ever get to a dyno or track with this.
Stock 275 60 20s.
The truck is heavy so it's definitely not a racecar.
If I'm monitoring actual and desired torque would that be an indicator of gain or is it just for torque management?
It's the manual cam of course. I did set it to 4800 the other day and it really does wake up the lower rpm range. Stock settings it felt like it would fall over until around 3500 or so.
I actually...
I didn't think it wants 1800 on lol
I believe it's something with the 5.7 trucks, I have a couple stock 5.7 ram tunes and they both are 1800 lo enable and 3450 disable. Really odd.
So I'll set lo...
