I smoothed out the VVE a little for you.
The timing tables could use a lot of help. Even going back to a stock timing table should offer improvement. Its very low in timing.

No issues at all.
You got some pretty wild pressure swings on this.. it might add up to hesitations between shifts. I saw 96 psi to 32 psi of fuel pressure on one shift. This is going to be coming from your AUX fuel...
This is a bit confusing to follow but there is some PCM/TCM and I imagine other modules compatibility between 2008-2009 stuff.
Simply put.. a 08 and older PCM will be ok with 06-08 TCM but a...
You might not have enough reserve for that once in a blue moon backing out of a parking lot etc. but no issues.
So many people overlook fluid levels. You can fill a fresh build completely up.. go for a drive and recheck to find it a quart or two low. Just half a quart is enough to get quite a few to slip....
Day to day will change your STFT. They will never be perfect in all conditions.
IAT2 is only used in supercharged applications. They are often a different type sensor and uses a different table. IF your car is NA this table does nothing for you.
Try this as a test.

You need to pull codes after it goes into limp mode. P101 is a code but will not cause limp mode. I don't think P1010 is a code
We had laptops that would "go bad" and start doing similar things after years of normal use.
There are several of us on here that offer remote tuning.
Prehaps someone should make a sticky post with links like a directory.
This sounds like its going in to a reduce power mode. You'll need to be able to scan this when this happens to know what the cause will be.
How is this kit triggered for the secondary fuel pump?
Hobbs switch? I heard there is a new CAN controller.
I've had a handful of bad ECM's. Processor codes.
I've also had them do wierd things like the IAT going to some odd ball number only at WOT. I would have thought it would be a wiring issue...
1. The throttle/pedal tables aren't stock. I'd put them back.
2. Are you sure the injector data is correct? It's off by quite a bit from what I use.
3. If the throttle body has a issue like a...

Found the problem.
Weak terminal connection on the coil. not the plug wire.
Never threw a code, didn't miss any other time than WOT 4000 + RPM.
No miss, nothing on the misfire counters,...
We have a unlocking service. Last I checked it was $75
I've never seen a locked tune that wasn't a complete shit show.
Compression checked out.
It could be a wiped cam lobe or some valve train damage from over revving when the clutch exploded. We scoped the cats and they look completely fine. Put a new plug in...
Good explanation.
yep, that one always confused me.
Also some gen 3's will have 12xx in some max torque tables from the factory when the editor only allows 640.
The car came to us not running with a blown up clutch. Like car won't move blown up. I wouldn't be surprised at all if it had a issue before hand. Quite common for people to bring a car for tuning...
