Got a good Deal on this setup and threw it on my 2018. Previous mods were JLT Cold air Headers and E85 with a Drag Pack. Car ran great and makes 471 with those mods. Baseline when stock was 398.

what cooling mods do you have because on the log your blower temps are getting high enough to hurt power output greatly
Had the same problem with A customers car but my personal car does not do it. His car even did it with the stock tune. It was mostly his bank 1 VCT that would go crazy and cause the car to die...

You need to go to engine-fuel-transient-transient fuel qualifications and under min fuel milligrams lower it to zero. This is more than likely keeping your injector PW high at idle.
try this file and let me know if it still does it.

as far as boost control I have had similar problems and had to go to a c02 system to hold the gates shut
that has to be actual detonation. try pulling a degree or two there.
when you say you could see Something coming out of the tailpipe what was it? puff of black smoke?
