So, if my truck won't start after timing out during a write calibration, I need to recover by doing a write entire, correct?
How did you know it was the USB cable?

How would one go about unbricking a P59?
Ok, I've pulled all those fuses and will also pull all the fuses for interior lighting, cluster, climate control front/rear, aux power outlets, A/C blower.
I've also had the battery on a trickle...
Ok, that?s a relief. I?ll hook it up to a charger, luckily I?m parked close enough where an extension cord will likely reach.
I let the truck sit overnight with that battery unplugged, scanner...

Voltage is good, but I?ll put it on a trickle charger to top it off as well.

You?d figure for the amount of money it costs, this system would be flowing smoothly.
Swapping out the clutch fans on a 2004 Avalanche (Vortec 5.3)
Wondering what the stock temps are for fan on/off?

I've added a MPVI3 to My Devices, but when I try to added GM credits, I received an error message: MPVI Credits cannot be added to the cart until the serial number is selected or specified in your...
The newer modules are needed to tune newer cars, but also work on older cars.
If you don't plan on tuning newer cars, you should be able to tune your Corvette even with the first MPVI.

Is there a way to verify the serial number on a used unit before purchasing to assure that it has been deleted from the previous account, and is ready to register on a new one?
Ok gotcha, ya if I end up tuning a newer truck, I could justify buying a new MPVI3, but I mainly want to swap in electric fans from the facelift NBS trucks into my older ones that came with clutch...
Okay thanks for these insights.
So, will the first MPVI work with these older NBS trucks too?
