The 98 is lb/hr. In the editor if you hover over a button, in the bottom right it will show the units used for that table.

What TB is it? Do you have a log with dynamic and desired airflow?
The cam is gonna want a bit more air, and probs 16-18 deg of idle timing ish. If the TB was opened up, the IAC table will problly be off. However, you need to open it up more to get the counts down....

Try raising idle to 800, maybe it doesn't like going from 875 to 775 immediately then down to 750 commanded. Also does the cam have a lot of overlap? Your injection timing is later.
