I have a 2007 pontiac g5 with e37 ecm, I'm looking to make it pop/bang only when I shift.
I could swear it was but theres no mention of it under the Engine>General tab.
I was hoping to set up a sort of launch control, but if I change the neutral limit it will also be that limit when im shifting gears, right?
For example if I set the Park limit to 3000rpm would my limiter be at 3000 until the cars starts moving and sees vss activity?
I haven't taken it up to that speed. Between the alignment and the ruts in the highway I'll be staring up a tree lol. I might put it on jack stands to test.
I'm not sure, when I opened the file from the car (its stock) should hpt automatically select the current source?
I pulled the stock file from my 2007 Pontiac G5 2.2l and these numbers in the speed limiter options dont seem right at all. I'm sure these cars speed cut at 107mph which is what is listed in the box...
