I believe you may have a vacuum leak. The ecu is ripping timing out to try and lower the idle. I just went through this.

I have a turbo gto with the e40 and dpe 2.5 bar map. My question is what happens if I excede the 255 e40 hard code limit. Will it carry over that cell or freaking explode?
