I figured it out. I bought the credits and changed the strategy to the roush MGMCAG2 Now everything works as it should
All the tunes Ive seen turn off P0315. Ive had no problem running it this way for over 3 years now
Yes, I had my car tuned by a popular tuner. Once I started to get back into tuning myself, I was able to read the tune he did. I noticed it did not follow the distance tables at all. It would only...
Did you find a solution to this problem?
Well I figured out the MP problem only to have a new problem come up. For whatever reason the operating system in the pcm was not allowing the distance tables to work. The operating system was...
MPs 14-25 are on Snap to are on 14-22
My tune doesnt follow the distance tables at all. As I drive, it stays in MP 14 until I give it enough throttle to go into OP. It has a Paxton SC and its a 6R80. Doesnt make sense to me. Ill share a...
Nice! My favorite band. Good to find fans in weird places. lol
Is 5FDP for Five Finger Death Punch?
It sounds like a ground problem. My brother had a Camaro he did a supercharger on. Had the same codes and more. I found the ground on the passenger head lose. They installed a bolt that was a hair...
the heater in the sensor should read around 10 ohms +/- Probably damaged during the install.
Im learning as well but in your case running on the track you shouldnt need to use anything other than optimum power. Set the enable pedal position to bring in the cams based on rpm and adjust timing...
Under tcc - general - tcc ramp - added capacity non shift
I've seen tunes add slip to gain torque and some without. Any thoughts?
I did some research and testing. Found that having the VCT go into OP based on throttle and take all the load calculations out works best. With my setup
Just putting this on here for people to look at. It was done by a popular tuner here in FL. It seems like a good tune for my setup I drive mine daily with a visit to the track every once in a while....
Try this one. Its setup to give a good bit of engine braking on down shifts
I compared it to the stock tune. Only the mapped points 14 through 25 in the aircharge multi are changed. Other then the max load set to 2. But just focusing on the mapped points nothing else is done.
I see a lot of talk about speed density tuning map points. I have a tune from a well know tuner here in Florida where all they did was change all Aircharge mult mapped points 14 thru 25 to 1.99 load...
For what its worth. I have a tune from a very popular tuner that they forgot to lock. And going over the tune I noticed he made P0315 (no Error reported) not just a (no mil light) Hope this helps
